This sourcebook explores the Cut-Ups, the Al Amarjan branch of the Chaos Boys, an international and interdimensional group opposed to Control Addicts and their conspiracies. Rather than confronting these schemes directly, the Cut-Ups disrupt the fabric of reality on which they depend. It presents their outrageous exploits for use in Over the Edge, expanding the setting with surreal missions, chaotic opposition, and attacks on the assumptions that hold the world together.
