In a small town known for its urban legends, bodies turn up in abandoned alleyways, drained of blood. Players investigate the killings and the stories surrounding them, searching for a culprit that could be supernatural or entirely human. The adventure can serve as a campaign starting point or a standalone scenario, with ideas for adapting it to other settings.
