Welcome to Swagtacular Roulettia
A setting module for the Cypher System presents Roulettia, a sparkling city built around personal expression, unchecked appetites, and extravagant wealth. Its unusual society welcomes characters rejected elsewhere for unconventional ideas or questionable behavior. The module includes six locations, two character descriptors, nine NPCs, and more than a dozen items inspired by the actual-play podcast Quest Friends! Flashback Future.
