A rules supplement for adding arcane wells, fountains, and other mystical sources to fantasy roleplaying campaigns. It provides modular benefits and limitations for creating balanced magical waters with effects suited to a particular game. The same framework can also be used for enchanted fruits, meats, and other consumable sources of supernatural power.
