Wellstone City Chronicles Encounter Deck

A set of rules for using a separate Game Master encounter deck in the Wellstone City setting. The deck generates random encounters that can be added to published Chronicles or custom adventures, reflecting an active city where characters’ actions create contacts, allies, and enemies. The encounter deck is kept separate from the initiative deck. The product includes eight pages of rules and tables, but no cards or card PDFs. It is designed for Savage Worlds and can also be used with the Æther System.
