An investigation into the murderers of a prominent noble’s nephew uncovers a new faction rising from the destruction of Mulmaster. The leader of the Silver Skulls remains unknown, and the group’s intentions may threaten the city’s fragile stability. This four-hour adventure is designed for characters of levels 5–10, with encounters optimized for 7th-level characters.
