This supplement presents a deranged cult born from the dying faith of Oceanus, whose devotees seek converts to the worship of a profane and monstrous entity. It provides rules for using the cult as an antagonist or an organization player characters can join, including membership benefits and a new priest variant for Shadow of the Demon Lord.
