Wiraqocha: Scrolls of Quezacoatl
This mini-expansion adds four colored scrolls to the temples. During setup, each scroll is placed with the artifact at its matching temple. When an explorer conquers a temple, the player may take its scroll. A scroll can later be used as a die showing its indicated value, but only during a conquest; it cannot be placed defensively on a tile. After use, the scroll returns to its matching temple. Scrolls can also be stolen at a base camp as artifacts or somnium crystals.
