This tabletop roleplaying supplement presents a collection of worm-themed monsters, ranging from leech and rot grub swarms to giant purple worms, neothelids, frost worms, thoqquas, slugs, and flail snails. It includes creatures of challenge ratings 3–21, along with rules for worm companions, a divine domain for worm cults, and feats for taming and riding wormlike beasts.
