Players assemble expert crews and compete in large casinos to build the biggest fortune. The game uses a deck of action cards that can manipulate dice, allow rerolls, influence opponents, or defend against their actions. The goal remains to roll a wulong—five dragons in a single roll—or have the most money when the game ends.
