In a town governed by eldritch entities, local officials struggle to keep daily life functioning under strange edicts and bizarre demands. Players take on the roles of government workers trying to prevent the town from falling into chaos. This tabletop roleplaying game adapts familiar D&D rules to civic and administrative challenges. Town hall meetings, paperwork, and other bureaucratic obstacles are resolved with a new selection of abilities, spells, and equipment rather than combat-focused solutions.
