Xerxes: Annual Event Cards Expansion
This expansion adds six event cards for the Building phase of each round. Each event prevents one building type from being constructed: Wheat Silo, Road, Bridge, Temple, Palace, or Fortifications. These events are separate from solo cards, so a solo round may prohibit up to two different building types. An event has no effect if the affected building has already been constructed.
