Yōkai: City of Crime
In a dystopian city shaped by inequality and corruption, players take the roles of powerful gangsters competing for control and reputation. Each round, players secretly choose two actions, which are resolved in reputation order. They move between districts, use location abilities, create crime, tip off the police about rivals, and play intrigue cards to disrupt opposing plans. Afterward, the police raid the district with the most crime and tip-offs. Players who avoid arrest gain reputation based on the crime in their districts, while imprisonment slows their progress but can provide useful connections.
