This roleplaying sourcebook explores the yōkai, spirits, and lesser-known deities of the Empire of Cherry Blossoms. It presents creatures such as kitsune, tengu, kappa, tanuki, bakeneko, oni, and dragons, including those aligned with or opposed to the Emperor Nanda’s Pact, as well as lost souls who remain among the living. The book provides guidance for creating and portraying yōkai, details important factions for players and Game Masters, and introduces new locations with maps, including Kimon-shi, the City of the Sacrificed, and Yuna-jinja, the Shrine of the Moon.
