The book includes clarified infected zombie rules and statistics for zombie attacks, dogs, rats, swarms, lashers, blobs, stalkers, and intelligent infected zombies, along with example characters. Three caper ideas, four new extras, and two new flaws support further adventures in an adaptable campaign framework.
