Against the Darkness (Tabletop Adventures)
A simple, accessible roleplaying game of modern Vatican horror, conspiracy, and investigation, where demons, ghosts, and vampires prey upon humanity. Players create holy defenders such as Modern Templars, Sacred Hunters, Treasure Seekers, and Blessed Non-believers, using faith, knowledge, and miraculous powers to confront supernatural threats. Combat is dangerous, with death, crippling injury, and insanity possible outcomes. The rules include character creation, sample and blank character sheets, campaign guidance, and options for horror, action, intrigue, or lighter adventures.
