Air Superiority

Complex simulation of modern air-to-air jet combat. Aircraft are represented by counters on a hex map, with cards listing speed, ceiling, turn rate, weapons, fuel, and other specifications. Players track altitude, throttle, speed, and weapons use while maneuvering to detect, lock onto, and attack opposing aircraft. Radar, missile locks, and damage are resolved using charts and a ten-sided die, with cumulative light, heavy, and critical damage. Scenarios include more than 30 aircraft types and variants and over 30 missile types.
