Adds new alien technology cards and faction references to expand an existing space-colony strategy game. Includes four alien tech cards that introduce new one-use or ongoing abilities players can acquire and deploy during play, plus two blank tech cards and a blank agenda for customization. Provides three faction reference cards with unique faction summaries and two agenda cards intended for use with the optional factions module, enabling additional asymmetric options and political objectives during the game.
