AXIO: Duel Hexagonal
Two players face off on a shared duel board and use a single set of counters to track scores on mirrored tracks. Players place one counter of each colour on the central dividing line of each track and take turns placing tiles and scoring as in the base game. When a player scores, they advance the appropriate colour counters toward their side; counters stop at the final space (value 9). Each counter that reaches the final space awards a duel token and an immediate bonus tile play. The winner is the player with more counters on their side, with ties broken by comparing the lowest counter positions as in the standard rules.
