Blue Skies
Compete for dominance in the newly deregulated U.S. airline industry in 1979. Establish an airline across thirty airports, choosing where to buy gates and build a network. Draw demand cards and add passengers to airports, with passenger numbers determining each airline’s income. Expand into new cities, buy out local airlines, and concentrate gates to control key regions. Players score income each round, then compete for majority points across seven U.S. regions at the end of the game.
