A Hero Plus System sourcebook adapted from a comic book and comic strip, set in a future where International Police officers, mobsters, and visiting space beings cross paths. Players create characters such as International Police agents, Iron Blood criminals, or extraterrestrial characters, and can use the setting as a standalone campaign or introduce its characters and ideas into an existing Star Hero game.
