Bycatch
A card game about flawed surveillance, remote warfare, and the people caught between opposing nations. For 3–5 players, each player uses drone surveillance to locate suspected terrorists abroad, then carries out strikes while protecting their own citizens from attacks by other players. A phone-camera mechanism represents the limitations of aerial intelligence, while players weigh accuracy, timing, and collateral damage.
