Caligula
In 41 AD, the Roman emperor’s rule has become intolerable, and powerful figures prepare to remove him from the throne. Players send legates across the empire to advance their plans, secure valuable opportunities, and undermine rival schemes. Resources must be managed carefully while political influence and wealth are gathered. At the right moment, players strike to place a favored successor on the throne and profit from the changing balance of power in Rome.
