Deck-Building Challenge: Achieve Carbon Neutrality! Players act as city mayors developing sustainable cities while balancing income and carbon reduction. Starting with identical decks and a carbon level of 40, they buy cards from a shared marketplace to build factories, manage people, lobby government ministers, and raise public awareness. Government, Industry, and Domestic cards can combine to create different strategies, while Snags and Global Events introduce obstacles. The first player to reduce their carbon level to zero wins.
