Challenger 2000: Ultra Modern Wargame Rules for Battle Group Level Games 1970 to 1995
A set of rules for modern warfare from 1970 to 1995, focused on 6mm (1:300) battle-group games at approximately company level. It covers modern weapons and equipment, including explosive reactive armour, modified anti-armour missiles, countermeasures, anti-missile systems, and sensors. The rules use a revised movement sequence, resolve area fire as combined firefights rather than separate attacks, and include a morale system based on sub-units. The system is designed for armoured and mechanised operations across the Central Front, Middle East, Africa, Far East, Latin America, and other theatres.
