A tactical-level wargame simulating Cold War mechanized combat in Central Europe circa 1987. Players command individual vehicles, infantry squads, half-squads and sections on a 100-meter hex map, resolving direct fire, ATGMs, artillery, air and helicopter strikes, and air defense interactions. Units represent U.S. and Warsaw Pact formations including tanks, IFVs, APCs, recon vehicles, SPGs, and a wide array of anti-tank weapons and sensors; aircraft and helicopters are included for close air support and strike missions. Rules cover ERA, night fighting with thermal and image intensifiers, guided munitions, ICM and laser-guided artillery, and combined-arms coordination for small-unit actions and larger force maneuvers.
