2019 · Card Game
Circus
Players recruit and upgrade artists over seven rounds and send them into the ring to perform. Each turn, players place colored upgrade cubes on their artist cards; colors represent different upgrades like talent or costume. When an artist is played to the ring, scoring compares its cubes to the previous performer: matching colors score 1 point each, non-matching colors score 2 points, and round-specific poster cards award bonus points for certain artist types. After seven rounds, remaining artists are sent for a final performance and earn additional points based on their upgrades. The highest total score determines the winning circus director.
