Cosmic Encounter: Cosmic Alliance

Adds twenty new alien powers that change player abilities and interactions, including original and classic designs that alter combat and negotiation dynamics. Expands player count by introducing a ninth color (white) and includes rules for large eight-player games when combined with other expansions. Introduces an optional team variant that pairs players into fixed two-player teams; teammates sit opposite each other, can transfer newly gained foreign colonies to their partner, and coordinate play without prior race-selection discussion.
