Cosmos: Empires – Culture Clash

Build a galactic empire in this engine-building card game expansion. Choose from two card pools, develop production, and exploit opponents’ economies. Use Culture Cards for passive abilities or one-time effects, and deploy Patrol abilities as you compete for advantage. Each turn, take two actions before rolling two four-sided dice. Adjust the result by one, then gain Credits from cards matching the total. Use remaining actions to build from the pools or cycle a card for Credits.
