Cosmos: Empires
Build a galactic empire in an engine-building card game. Select cards from a shared pool, manage their costs and production values, and use dice rolls to generate Credits from matching cards. Each turn, players adjust the roll or build from the pool, while exploiting opponents’ economies to advance their own.
