Diamoniak

2009 · Card Game

Diamoniak

Players draw cards from a face-down central deck to build a six-card castle in their color. Castle cards taken when that color is already claimed go to a personal side pile and can later be sold or discarded; diamond cards placed to the side can be spent (three for one) to buy a single castle card from another player. Drawing a witch forces the player to place the witch plus three other cards (from side piles or the player’s own castle) next to the central pile and end the turn, unless a fairy is used immediately to cancel the witch; canceled witch and fairy go to the discard area. When the draw deck runs out, the side pile is reshuffled to form a new deck. The first player to complete a six-card castle wins.
