Die Siedler von Catan: Thüringen Edition
This historical regional edition is set in medieval Thuringia, where Celtic, Roman, and Germanic influences meet. The fixed board depicts real-world geographic features, cities, and surrounding harbors in approximate locations. Players collect resources, build roads and settlements, and develop cities as in the standard game. Cities may be built only at marked historical locations, while modified road and settlement rules reflect the region’s close urban spacing. Harbors provide their benefits when a road reaches the designated red-shaded coastline.
