Conflict between asymmetric factions in the dystopian horror universe of NOC. Players place teams of agents to compete for alliances, influence, scientific discoveries, and other opportunities across the city. Maneuvers include deploying agents, spying on hidden pieces or cards, and attempting assassinations. Power points unlock faction-specific abilities, while the autonomous Others threaten every player. Players may need to set aside their rivalries and cooperate against the invasion or risk a shared defeat.
