Docteur Pilule

Docteur Pilule is a board game for 4–10 players. It plays in 30–60 minutes and is meant for ages 10 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 6.

Players wake up in a psychiatric hospital and must help an imaginary friend guess as many words as possible within 40 seconds. Medication restricts the active player's speech and gestures, creating different communication challenges. When the turn passes to the next team, the previous patient becomes the imaginary friend while keeping the effects of their pills.
