1993 · Card Game
Double Down
Players take turns playing numbered cards to modify a shared running total, aiming to avoid making that total a multiple of 11 or pushing it over 77. Each player receives a set of chips and loses chips when their play causes an illegal total; some cards alter the total positively or negatively and can change the strategic options available. Play continues with the total tracking and chips being spent until only one player still has chips remaining, who wins the round.
