Immunity

Players each control an organism board that tracks the health of five vital systems (nervous, cardiorespiratory, digestive, hepatic, renal) and the player’s age. Play centers on managing immune cells and resources to eliminate invading pathogens, while opponents deploy virus, bacteria, and parasite cards into shared environment spaces to launch infections. Three decks drive play: pathogen cards to infect rivals, medic cards to treat, transplant, or counteract damage, and a communal environmental deck that introduces hazards like accidents or other health events. Players buy and place human cell tokens with oxygen to fight infections and must balance treatment, inflammation, transmission, and long-term effects to keep their systems functioning.
