Dungeon Busters

In a frightful dungeon filled with riches, five warriors join forces to defeat monsters while watching for betrayal. Each player secretly chooses a power card, then all cards are revealed at once. Matching values cancel each other, and the lowest value can leave its player responsible for a penalty if the group is defeated. When a monster falls, the warriors divide its treasures, with the player who played the lowest value choosing first. Cooperation is necessary, but carefully timed treachery can bring the greatest reward.

This is a strange game, where you flip a monster card, and then each player secretly plays an attack card that has a value from 1 to 7. You can tell people what card you played if you want. Then you reveal and if you win whoever played the lowest card gets the most points. If two players played the same value card they are both out. If you lost, whoever played the lowest card gets punished in points. I have no idea what constitutes a good strategy in the game, but it's definitely a bluffing game that had us laughing, so that means it's doing something right. :star: Art, Iconography and components functional :nostar: Clever or interesting mechanisms :star: Reasonably low downtime between turns with mildly AP players :nostar: Multiple plays stay interesting :star: Low or mitigatable luck elements :star::star::nostar::nostar::nostar: Raw enjoyment
