This sourcebook details the central theater of the Twilight War, covering the history, geography, ethnic composition, and military situation of Eastern European nations in the year 2000. It includes Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, the Czech and Slovak Republics, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, and the fractured remains of Yugoslavia, with situation maps for each region. More than 30 military vehicles are illustrated and described in game terms, including Romanian, Yugoslavian, Czech, Hungarian, and Polish designs updated for Twilight: 2000 version 2.2. The book also provides a full-color map of Eastern Europe and two adventures: The 8-Ball Division and Czech Mate.
