A group of young investigators enters a once-prosperous street where mysterious disappearances have driven away its customers. One of the shopkeepers or residents is secretly marked as the murderer, while the missing journalist has taken the evidence with him. Players invent the rules and investigation needed to identify the culprit, using the setting and components as the starting point for their own game.
