A collectible card game set in 17th-century Spain where players take the roles of one of four factions: Clergy, People, Royalty or Conspirators. Players construct a 40-card deck from faction and neutral cards and play Characters, Places and Events to travel, attack, defend and trigger special abilities. Victory is faction-dependent: the first player to reach 25 or more victory points and hold that lead for one turn wins. The product is sold as two-player starter sets (two ready-to-play decks), single-faction theme decks and five-card booster packs with common, uncommon and rare cards.
