This game combines components from the first three Nano9Games, including 25 cards, 27 dice and 27 cubes. It supports solo and two-player modes, with players building and upgrading structures, creating railways, moving passengers, and producing goods to gain Capital and create Profit. The game is a rulebook and requires Empire, Railways and City Planner to play.
