Empires at Sea: Deluxe Edition

Players lead one of five nations, launching fleets to capture ports, trade, and attack rival empires across 15 rounds. Each round introduces a historical event and changing weather that affects resources and movement. Players gain resources from their ports and cards, then play Captain’s Cards to launch ships, advance their military, or strengthen ports before sailing. Combat uses dice with modifiers for ship size, weather, military advances, and Captain’s Orders. Players may also bid for control of a pirate ship. Final scores come from ships sunk and commanded, ports owned, and gold and resources collected.
