Famous Divisions: Grossdeutschland Panzer

Four battles involving the Grossdeutschland Panzer Division on the Eastern Front in 1943–44: Lutchessa Valley, Kursk, Akhtyrka, and Mischurin Rog. Each battle uses a separate detailed map. This operational simulation adds tactical detail through company-sized units with distinct vehicles, weapons, movement, ranges, and capabilities. Headquarters activate in a random sequence drawn from a cup, directing movement and combat. Combat is modified by draws from more than 140 Event Chits, introducing effects such as ambushes, artillery, leadership, equipment failures, and friendly fire. Rules also cover supply, engineers, fortifications, bridges, airpower, opportunity fire, and armored recovery.
