Floodlands
Help coordinate aid efforts by using incoming reports to create an accurate map of a region affected by heavy rains. Roll three dice each turn to determine how much land and water to draw, then add buildings and resources according to the other results. When all maps are complete, score the infrastructure, landmarks, and resources shown; the highest-scoring cartographer earns the Council’s reward.
