WWI naval action in the Indian Ocean. This 64-page supplement explores British efforts to defend trade routes and colonial ports against German raiders and other historical or hypothetical opponents. It includes nine battle scenarios and twenty-one operational scenarios, covering the exploits of the raider Emden, pre-dreadnought clashes with rival colonial powers, and possible conflicts with Japan. No pieces or maps are included; most scenarios require components from other games in the series, with additional titles needed to play the complete set.
