Guilford
A regimental-scale simulation of two 1781 Southern Campaign battles, played on a single two-sided mapsheet at 200 yards per hex with one-hour turns. Players command Continental, militia, British, and Loyalist formations, maneuvering low-density counters across open ground and terrain while managing an Army Morale Track that affects willingness to fight. Combat uses step reductions, captures, and pinned results; specialty units (rifles and partisans) and leaders provide unique capabilities. Play includes tactics chits for close-combat modifiers, replacement counters, and both historical and campaign scenarios with modular rules. Setup is quick and scenarios typically resolve in a couple of hours.
