The rural town of Forestmouth has endured strange phenomena since the 1926 massacre at the Black Pines Hotel, including worm infestations, deformed calves, and an unusual pink sap. As something sealed within the mountain hotel begins to stir, a small group sets out to uncover the secret hidden among its lichen-covered halls. This atmospheric horror adventure for a modern occult roleplaying game can be played independently, with a cult investigating arcane secrets and confronting the remnants of a disturbing past.
