Hachi-Hachi
A Japanese card game inspired by traditional Hanafuda and Hwatu play, with a range of thematic components including cake tickets, Dharma tiles, a war fan, a monthly track plate, and small baskets. Players draw and capture cards in a fishing-style system similar to Casino or Scopa, building combinations for points. Hand combinations are supported by reference charts and include handicap values, allowing play with weaker hands. After examining a hand, a player may withdraw from the round by paying a fee to the pot, which goes to the winner. The game supports 3–7 players, with three or two active players in each round.
