Hammer and Sickle: Hunger and Utopia in the Russian Civil War, 1918-1921
Competing ideologies battle for supremacy over the former Russian Empire during the Russian Civil War. Players use cards to rally forces, spread or suppress Agitation and Nationalism, and launch offensives into enemy territory. Each season, they manage food from the countryside to supply factories and generate Firepower while responding to events that affect initiative and play. After six seasons, objectives and the success of each alliance determine the outcome.
