A gingerbread house, a girl in red, and seven children lost in the woods conceal secrets waiting to be uncovered. Players take the role of Hocus or Pocus, choose a magical animal, and explore these familiar storybook worlds. This comic-book adventure is played through a character sheet that records possessions, special abilities, coins, and victory points. Players follow illustrated panels, inspect scenes for clues, solve riddles, avoid traps, and choose where to go and what to do. Their decisions determine the course of the story, and mistakes can lead to defeat.
